Calahonda
There's such a plethora of not very nice names that have been dreamt up for left wingers - 'muesli eating, sandal wearers' (courtesy of George Orwell); 'pinkos' (referring to their apparent communist tendencies); 'champagne socialists' (referring to those who don't live in poverty but read books and support Labour); 'Gaurdianistas' (obvious); 'PC brigade' (anyone who objects to derogatory names for people different to them like '****', 'puff', 'chinky', '******' etc). A shame that our Tory friends aren't included & have a name all to themselves.... I’m really worried now, I’m wearing sandals, t shirt and shorts, and am about to consume a vegetable lasagna, does this mean that I’m a Corbynite? spilldig
Perhaps someone doesn't have to be a tory voter to be offended by it.

Calahonda
Are you wearing socks with your sandals? No, I have to admit to being naked in the foot area, minus the sandals.

Unlike "gammon" none of those are innate characteristics which cant be changed. They are all adopted traits which can be changed once a grip on reality takes hold. You can avoid going gammon by keeping control of your temper. It’s simple.
