gamezone07 Posted May 16, 2018 Share Posted May 16, 2018 I like their clothes, well made, reasonable price: but their online service at present is appalling: initially i tried to order online, but in the order form it kept asking for my postcode, but there was no box for it! I tried to get a new password, but it wouldn't send me one. This was on firefox and IE11, the telephone wait is over 30 minutes, but often it just says no one available, i then ordered, but now there is no sign of my order, no confirmation email, so, i would have to wait another 30-40 minutes to discuss my order, complain. Are they in financial trouble, or one of these 'silent companies' who now run with hardly any humans, either way, its a disgrace. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
