Cyclone Posted June 3, 2018 Share Posted June 3, 2018 Its now 2&1/2 days still no landline. Definitely leaving them end of July. Not in any contract as we have been with them 16yrs. Its just getting worse by the day & too expensive now. Going to free view tv & utillity warehouse for rest. How is "no landline" getting worse by the day? Guest makapaka Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 Until this last few weeks we have had nothing but good service off them, also they have knocked a tenner off the last bill and are doing the same for the next, they usually get on top of problems very quickly but this month has been out of the ordinary. scousemouse Posted June 6, 2018 Share Posted June 6, 2018 I was with virgin for 12 years, phone, tv and broadband, never had a problem. I had to swap suppliers when I moved house as Virgin isn't available. I am with Sky and i have, on two occasions, been on hold for 45 minutes nightmare.
