Today we have 670,000 mobilise in London. Want a bet this will have no effect? I'd guess 200,000 attend football in the capital during Saturday's, on a day to day scale they go unnoticed, 200,000 isn't a huge presence, unless it a violent riot. nice people on a day out are easy to disregard that the difference. I think they allowed 16 year old's to vote in the Scottish independence referendum. There was a theory the younger voters were more likely to vote for Scottish independence.
