The Consequences of Brexit [part 5] Read 1st post before posting

how do you know kate hoey knows more about ireland than some of us here do? the current northern ireland secretary of state has admitted she knew very little and, it would appear far less than many here about ireland.

while it's quite correct that no one wants a hard border, decisions have consequences, some of them unintended. Some of the other decisions regarding our future relationship with the EU would seem to make a hard border of one form or another more likely.

of course, the fact that there is a border at all is a result of decisions taken 90odd years ago by the uk parliament.

Do know anything about Kate Hoey? Do know where she was born and brought up?

The mistake we made was making a Remainer prime minister when Cameron quit. It should have been a hardline Brexiteer .

Hiya Penny, you alright flower

The Evil Tories should've made David Davies PM instead of Cameron then!

Davies is a working class lad from a single-parent family who grew up on a council estate, pulled himself up the ladder through hard work and effort, and is a bit partial to the death penalty. You'd love him.

Unfortunately, since Davies wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth, the Evil Tories were never gonna make him PM.

So you agree with me that Kate Hoey Labour MP, knows more about Ireland than Sheffield Forum Members do.

She knows more than some and less than others.

The point is that she is a staunch Ulster unionist so her views on Brexit are aligned with the DUP and as such, should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
