Tartempion
My mum wants to join a ladies hockey club in Sheffield. She's in her 50s and looking to regain her former fitness ... oh, and she used to play for England and coach hockey years and years ago. Can anyone help? sgtkate
I'm looking too as I don't want to play for my uni team as they all drink too much! lol I've heard theres a good team who play at Abbeydale Road but thats too fair for me to travel really, I'm a goalkeeper who doesn't drive so lugging my kit across town on a bus is a nightmate! Are there any in Rotherham or north sheffield? Kate

MissChatter
I reccommend the hockey club who play at abbeydale. I no the club really well and the hockey club have training nights throughout the week. They do have a good socials as well which always helps. If you go up on a saturday the hockey club starts playing at about 10am. If you don't drive you need the 97 or 97a bus and both buses stop outside almost. good luck.
