Maybe Mrs Thatcher should be thanked for her part in preventing climate change regardless of how it happened.

Try thinking things through a bit.

She contributed nothing towards saving the planet.  We stopped mining our own coal but didn't stop using coal.  We imported it instead and made climate change worse.

All the things we stopped producing,   were imported with the same result and she started our dependence on China resulting in a richer China and a poorer UK.

Not as clever as she thought she was.
