In the current climate ,no one can be blamed for suspecting an attack like this to be a terrorist attack ,especially as it was reported in the press shortly after the attack that the counter terrorism police were assisting south yorkshire plod .. I don't think many people on here are blaming people for jumping to conclusions. What they are taking issue with is that once it is clear that it had nothing to do with terrorism, some were insisting that it was and that the police and media were somehow covering the fact up.
