It's a bit like BREXIT, the decision has been made to give Kavanaugh the job, but those who don't like or respect the decision are attempting to stop the implementation of the decision made.

So when was the Senate vote then? It's been decided? :loopy:

You have no idea.

The point I was making is that he is going for a job and has been accused of something but he’s pretty much been cast as guilty.

The people giving evidence in support of him being challenged by assault victims and accused of victim blaming etc

How can that be right. I agree you would ask why the claims would be made if they weren’t true but if we always took that approach I’m sure there would be a lot of innocent people in jail.

I’m amazed what’s happening to be honest - it’s frightening.

President Trump has nominated Kavanaugh for the position on the Supreme court. Under normal circumstances the wish of the US President would be respected by the Senate, but as we all know there are political games and dirty tricks being played by those who don't respect that Donald Trump won the Presidential election.

So in this instance, you don't respect the constitution of the US or their democracy. If that is the case, you can simply say so.

Oh yeah, because the Senate respected Obama so much they blocked pretty much everything he tried to push through in his second term, which is their right to do or it's a dictorship. Christ you're ignorant.
