Brett kavanaugh - Supreme Court

Yes it was not political at all. :loopy: She had no shame or embarrassment.

She is just a complete fraud and liar. Now an ex boyfriend has come forward and said he personally witnessed Dr Ford teaching a friend (he named the friend also) on how to beat a polygraph. They already knew this when they questioned Ford.

Notice one of the questions to her by the prosecutor "Have you ever given tips or advice to somebody who was looking to take a polygraph test?" Christine Blasey Ford: "Never."

They already knew she was full of crap and just wanted her on record lying.

Trump openly mocked Ford last night. He knows what they have behind closed doors. The media have to stay silent or also report on the letter from her boyfriend. He knows it and plays them like a fiddle.

Kavanaugh must have been really unlucky that all the women he "allegedly" attacked just turn out to be Democrat activists when they are older....

Yeah, Ford is clearly a liar but that Swetnick women, Jeez, what a complete fraud she is. Her story would be laughable if there was not an innocent man whose life could be destroyed by such fairy tales.

but when anybody waits thirty years to complain you have to wonder why.

So I guess you are also claiming that Jimmy Saville, Rolf Harris, Gary Glitter, Dave Lee Travis and Jonathan King are all innocent because their victims waited decades to come forward?

Good luck with that! :loopy:

Did you not bother to read the woman's testimony?

Try shame, embarrassment and fear for starters - then look at the abuse, threats, vilification and blame that gets heaped onto women who dare to speak up.

Why not ten years later, twenty years later, she knew who he was, where he was .

Testimonies can be false.

We all can agree that it's difficult to get relevant evidence after decades. So it's clear that it should be in the victims' best interest to come forward immediately.

Because with people like you not believing them that makes it much easier for them to do so. I'm sure you've lots of experience of how it feels to be in that situation so it's fine you giving advice on the best way to proceed. It's always nice to be typing away behind your keyboard when you have no idea how any of this feels to the victim at the time.

The only victim here is Kavanaugh

I didn't say that I don't believe them. In fact, it doesn't matter at all if I believe them or not, don't you understand?

I understand that victims may have a plenty of personal reasons and feelings why they haven't come forward earlier. I'm just simply stating that it doesn't help them from juridical point of view. If you were robbed and didn't report it until after decades, chances for obtaining relevant evidences and resolving the crime would dramatically drop.

And if after decades, the only evidence left is testimony of a victim, then it can't be done much or even discussed much.
