Magilla
If you were robbed and didn't report it until after decades, chances for obtaining relevant evidences and resolving the crime would dramatically drop. Ford isn't expecting the alledged crime to be resolved, or any legal sanction against Kavanaugh. This isn't a criminal trial in a court of law, it's a job interview Regardless of Ford, Kavanaugh doesn't appear to have a spotless record in regard to being honest, which you would imagine was fairly important if you're trying to become a supreme court judge
Top Cats Hat
Everyone is still missing the point. As it stands now - Brett Kavanaugh is innocent of any crime. Actually as it stands now, Kavanaugh has not been convicted of any crime. That is not the same thing as being innocent.

Guest makapaka
Actually as it stands now, Kavanaugh has not been convicted of any crime. That is not the same thing as being innocent. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 11, states: "Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.". The bloke hasn't even been charged. Unless you are redefining "innocent until proven guilty" as potentially innocent or guilty until conviction - you're wrong. Guest makapaka
No I'm not. Read my post again. There's no hidden message there. You're suggesting he may not be innocent - but he is entitled to be considered as such regardless of charge. I'm not a supporter of his - nor do I know if he did what he his being accused of or not - but he has the right to be considered innocent without qualification for the time being. XXTickerXX
Democrats last week "We demand an FBI investigation". Democrats now "This investigation is a farce and we do not want the results made public". I wonder if that's because they found out that Ford's best friend just turned out to have worked for the FBI until 2016 and lives at Rehobeth, Delaware. Notice the questioning by Rachel Mitchell, notice where Ford says she was......(these are all over Twitter and blogs) https://i.redd.it/b0msml8e8yp11.png https://i.redd.it/5yxwo3yptzp11.jpg Under the penalty of perjury I wonder just maybe if her best friend rolled over and took a giant dump on Ford. Is the letter accurate? Ford: I'll take a minute to read it. What a joke. It explains the extensive social media scrubbing. I hope everyone that donated to her go fund me account realises they are lining Brett Kavanaughs pockets when he sues for defamation. Chuck Grassley just put Fords lawyers on notice (all pro bono top democrat lawyers, who's paying them?) https://www.scribd.com/document/389989823/10-02-18-CEG-to-Ford-Attorneys-
Halibut
The only victim here is Kavanaugh Really? I wouldn't want anyone to loose his job because of false allegations.
