A university student says she's received marriage offers after rolling her eyes at Nigel Farage on TV.

A clip of Harriet Ellis looking less than impressed while sitting behind the former UKIP leader during a Channel 4 Brexit debate went viral on Monday.

I am confused at the above story. Why would people find an 'eye roll' an attractive characteristic?

I have never rolled my eyes, is it something that people learn to do in certain situations?

Im guessing its actually down to who she was rolling her eyes at, rather than the eyeroll itself.

I sometimes roll my eyes, though more often than not I sigh heavily or say 'FFS'! I seem to have more cause to do so the older I get.
