You are right to get a proven installer, without a doubt. Agree entirely..any interference with the wiring to "hardwire" it in could "give them a loophole"...With a 7 year warranty it is obviously a Kia..i am sure they would be happy to fit one.....just to add a Dashcam can be ordered,fitted from new...or one could purchase the type that plugs into the power point/cig lighter...like mine...
