This is what will happen.  3 choices on the ballot.  Leave with no deal or leave with the deal we have or remain.  Splits the leave vote in two and remain wins.  Go cry a river.

No chance. Having 3 choices seriously complicates the matter and that is why referendums are binary choices. If you have 3 then what happens if two of the choices are tied or for that matter if all 3 are equal. What that means is the whole process would have to go to a re-run or be abandoned which then solves nothing at all.

Not for you to decide.  That is the current thinking on how the second referendum should be run if there is one.

If Hilary Benns motion goes through, then leaving with no deal is dropped from the ballot.  Makes the remain case even easier to win.

No challenge to that as it's a matter of fact that the majority of the electorate that took part in the referendum voted leave despite how much you hate the fact.

Not hating the fact at all.  Just playing for the long game, which is being played brillantly well from people who want to remain.

No it's not, at least by anybody who knows how referendums go. It's just another sound bite from angry remainers unless you can show otherwise?

Remaining in The European Union, despite having narrowly but clearly chosen to leave, will have serious consequences.

It will.

For a start, Sterling will probably rise higher than it ever has in one hit. So much so that the government may have to introduce exchange controls to protect exports.

Secondly, many investment decisions delayed by uncertainty will be made.

Thirdly, many people who have no idea whether they will be permitted to remain in either the UK or the EU can plan the rest of their lives..

Fourthly, UK politics with resume dealing with important domestic matters.

All good things. 😀
