It's getting very crowded in the box now especially when they all start flapping their wings.  Also a bit of what looks like bullying going on.

Saw one of the chicks jump up and perch for a while on the outside ledge today.

Looks like one's fallen off the perch but it's been recovered and put back on the stonework behind the box.

I work in  the Hillfoot area of Sheffield and yesterday there was a small bird of prey perched on  a girder in the factory for a few hours. Many people thought it was a kestrel or a  sparrowhawk but after looking at numerous photos taken another colleague, who's a keen ornothologist , is convinced it was a juvenile peregrine.
