But I cannot even imagine a young guy pulling out from a minor onto a major, causing a pretty bad accident and not getting his collar felt by Plod. It just would not happen, would it. Angel1. How many 90 odd year old are getting hauled up before the beak after car accidents? Not many. He wasn't drunk, he pulled out of junction with the sun in his eyes. Padders Posted February 15, 2019 Share Posted February 15, 2019 Absolutely common sense, spend thousands on a high profile court case, for what..driving without due care and attention, 3pts and a few hundred quid fine.. he"s handed his licence in ,fair result..think some on here would like to send him to the Tower.
