I have only used it a few times, I think it is too small for all the products Wilko sells, the aisles seem close together and cramped with a lot of products in a little space. Maybe there was some restriction in the paperwork which prevented it being used as a supermarket, but nothing to stop it being razed to the ground and rebuilt in another configuration.
