The majority of Blades ? If you'd said that about United then I'd agree with you as the anti-Wednesday comments come right from the top of the club whether you're in the premier league looking down or what.

If Monk comes in and wins his first 4 he'll get backed, if he loses the first 4 he'll be under pressure, not sure where United come in to it ?

Exactly, it's a results business. Don't see what difference it makes what United are doing. Like any club the fans will get on his back if we are struggling

Ok so some of it is from the Daily Fail hence possibly some  maybe stretched  etc but  there are allegations nevertheless and even The Times /BBC reported.....wonder who will be in charge of any transfers at S6? Will it be that man Paixaou ,DC or the new manager.... going to be some interesting times .....never a dull moment at SWFC!

Thanks for all your research. Do you suppose SWFC are unaware of your findings?

I wonder if Danny Cowley turned the Owls down to join Huddersfield or Chansari decided that Garry Monk was a better option ?

Well fate has thrown them both together this weekend , and its on sky.

Cowley said this morning he had had no approach from SWFC.

He doesnt approach employed managers or hasnt done to date, hes still fresh faced as an owner, but being thai its also an honour thing......seeing as hes been stitched up with Bruce, youd think hed learn by now its very cut throat in football.

I quite liked the idea of the cowley kids comming in,success rate is VERY high, fresh new ideas, but was always a risk, the football world is full of failed Cowleys, the guy that manages Newport looks to have done an incredible job on a shoestring, but would you give the bloke a championship job........

Monk it is,likes front foot football,so that should be fun, likes to attack which will make a nice change too many of the failed P/O final squad are fixtures,we need more switched on forewad players, lets see, weve too many indeciscive players, happy to pick up a decent wedge for doing too little to influence a game week in week out

There have been many 'failed Cowley's.'

Paul Heckingbottom did well at Barnsley but failed at Leeds. Paul Hirst did well at Shrewsbury but it didn't work at Ipswich. Nathan Jones is struggling at Stoke after doing a good job at Luton.

......but then you get Chris Wilder.
