Consequences Of Brexit [Part 8] Read First Post Before Posting

Message added by Vaati

Mod Note: As we are getting rather tired of seeing reports about this. The use of the word Remoaners  is to cease. Either posts like adults, or don't post at all. The mod warnings have been clear.

In addition to remoaner we are also not going to allow the use of libdums or liebore - if you cannot behave like adults and post without recourse to these childish insults then please refrain from posting. If you have a problem with this then you all know where the helpdesk is.

They have more common sense.

There's an apostrophe in you're, there's also a box where you put your tick in on a voting slip, not that you would know.

Mel’s post ,even lacking an apostrophe, makes more sense than the sum total of yours.

I believe there will be people, very much more experienced in this area than you or I, working on solutions to this very issue. Lets face it, its not rocket science to get something from A to B in an emergency situation. Our European friends wont obstruct the passage of emergency supplies if it gets to a life and death situation.

Ok, how though? Do we slap a sticker on the side of box/pallet/whatever that says medicine and let that jump the queue? What if it's on a lorry with other things on it, are we opening shipping containers like it's giant car boot and picking through it? Will we have designated aircraft on standby and how much will that all cost?

I don't doubt the private sector are racking their brains to come up with a solution but its got to fit into a structure put in place by the government. Our government don't know what they're doing, at all.

Our EU friends won't want people to suffer either certainly as we send 37m packs per month the opposite way, but, again  they don't know where this clown car is going to steer next.

Go on, humour me.

Try dropping the personal abuse too.

Why are you on the side of these elitist vandals?

Already answered, seems a sentence is a bit too much for you.

I have an excellent recipe for turnip soup.

I can send it to you if you like.

Nothing wrong with turnip.

Here's food for thought,

"Self-sufficiency Day: Farming growth plan needed"

https://www.nfuonline.com/self-sufficiency-day-farming-growth-plan-needed/

Might struggle to get everyone on board, changing the culinary preferences and indeed growing it all by October 31st, but I like the attitude.

Now we just need veg pickers. You up to do that job?
