Of course as we all know, only the Daily Mirror, Morning Star & Pravda tell the truth. 

 

The funny thing about this new fangled gadget called the Internet is its not hard to find other sources of evidence.  It's only a few clicks away.  Or maybe me & the German media are in cahoots just to wind you up Longcol?

EU flag to be taken down at Holyrood after Brexit

 

"The European Union flag is to be taken down outside the Scottish Parliament when the UK leaves on 31 January, it has been confirmed. Former Europe minister Alasdair Allan was campaigning for the flag to stay up to mark Scotland's 62% vote for Remain. But the parliament's management group has confirmed that it will come down.

 

The flag will be lowered at 23:00 on 31 January, at the moment the UK officially leaves the EU."

This momentous decision was taken by the Parliament Corporate Body, a committee made up of MSPs from the various political parties. Among those to vote for it to come down were those fanatical supporters of the EU, the Lib Dems.

 

The Flag of Europe, virtually everywhere at the moment, will become a rare sight in the UK.
