Rockers rule Posted September 28, 2021 Share Posted September 28, 2021 Last night. (night before - thought I'd posted this yesterday) Endeavour. Has this, past it's sell by date? The story lines have been getting so sloppy, but this last one was so predictable it was embarrassing. Abandoned house, trapped in the snow, broken down vehicle, guest's specifically invited to be killed one by one, lets keep together (but they never do) (SPOILER ALERT) - everybody's had a hand at the killings. Well b*gg*r me! never seen that before in a Film/ Play/ TV series, how refreshing . Ok it's set in the 1960/70's but come on this story line was old back then. Even watching it for all those lovely Zephyr's and Zodiac's can't detract for the lazy reworking of old plotlines. Keep safe. Thought 'Vigil' was a little bit of a let down. We already knew the main culprits including who the Russian spy was. Personally I thought the story became second place to the whole political Nuclear deterrent debate. Rockers rule Posted October 10, 2021 Share Posted October 10, 2021 A little late to the party but - The Cotswolds with Pam Ayres. C5. (Last one, last week, but available on catch up) Excellent travel program. Love her, or, loth her Pam Ayres, our very own eccentric poetess shines as a presenter. Doesn't break out into poetry which I thought was a shame, but her enthusiasm for the Cotswolds (somewhere I'm not to familiar with) was infectious. From Steam Trains to House Boats and much more.
