'Gentleman's Agreement' on Talking Pictures (Freeview 82)

I can't recommend this channel enough, it shows old films and programmes that can be brilliant viewing. 

It had to have a 'health' warning before it began, but this black and white 1947 film starring Gregory Peck tackles anti-semitism following the war, and made it's points brilliantly.

I couldn't help thinking how pertinent it was to the 'woke' culture of our times.

We could learn a lot.
