warriormonk
There's only one campsite I know which allows campfires. It's in Eskdale in the Lake District. Fires are actually encouraged...owners sell firewood. You can only use the fireplaces marked out..although there are plenty of them. The location is fantastic and there's a decent pub just down the road. Kids adventure playground, toilet/shower block etc Journey would take 3'30" though. Here's the link to the website http://www.fishergroundcampsite.co.uk/
