South Yorkshire Bus Service Needs Improvement

Just wait till Nov 2024 when the cap scheme officially ends. 

2 years worth of high inflation and price rises to go onto bus ticket prices. Gonna be a laugh a minute, especially as everyone's already moaning about the happenings in Nov 2023:

Kids' 80p going to £1 (first rise in 7 years, last rise was Sept 2016)
18-21 Zoom scheme axed completely
Single fare cap rising to £2.50 from £2.00

Personally I'm not surprised about the axing of 18-21 as I've been on a number of buses over the last 3 months and seen a number of people that are clearly well over 21 but somehow managed to get an 18-21 Zoom card. There's obviously a large fraud going on with them, probably as big as the Sheffield Hallam "Student" cards.

the 18-21 scheme was onyl ever going to be a 1 year thing. they decided to extend but was never a long term ticket
