I don't really know. I expect it varies. I know that some of them have better health services than the UK but I don't know about all.

Yeah I could see that. What relevance you think that has I'm not sure. It's ok not to know things. Also, 'admit' was an odd choice of word, no? I hadn't claimed to know how their health services were funded.
