Hi everyone

I am moving from my flat very soon and I have a double bed + wardrobe + chest of drawers + bedside table. They are not in a good condition so I cannot sell them.

Do you have any idea what do with them?

Advvertise them for free on market place some one will fetch them

I don't think anyone has mentioned Sheffield Freegle. People advertise OFFERS and WANTED.

Everything changes hands for free.  It would seem there are people out there very much in need of furniture to furnish empty flats they have recently moved into and would be glad of pieces of furniture you want to get rid of.  If you are offering stuff, you need to describe it honestly so that people know what condition it's in.   I have had many opportunities in recent months to down size by following up WANTED adverts, to match what I'm trying to get rid of.  Worth your attention I think.

I'm confused as most people move with removal men, taking their current contents to new address however,

If your discourged from paying to dispose of your items, you could advertise them on the Free section of SF?

Don't be confused my friend

Some people move to a smaller house/flat

Some people when they move take advantage and replace old furniture
