didnt actually work for the star,but i helped put all your new colour lines in went you changed over from black and white newspaper in late 89 i think it was, the canteen was the best partabout it,and of course the ladies.

Yes I worked for the Star property shop - for about 4 months around about 1987

My Aunt worked in the Star canteen. She worked there for a long time and had many happy memories.

 

Her name was Doreen Hague. Don't know if you remember her.

my neighbour was the deputy for the morning telegraph during the 70s, his name is Richard Cheesbrough. he now lives in Lancashire

just read your aunt used to work in canteen at star my mum worked in canteen in star in 70s her name was ann littlewood i think i remember the name doreen from when my mum worked there as i somtimes used to go to work with her does your ant remember my mum? I will ask my mum if she remembers your aunt
