The chavs in Heeley must be realy poor, I saw one yesterday with a table tennis bat, poor guy.

Good idea or what? Renaming it Devonshire Green means the the type of people who actually use it most will be able to identify with it better. Also, all those feeling "socially excluded" will have their own clearly identifiable area.

Yes, wouldn't it be great if Chavonshire Green had a nice pleasant name like "Devonshire Green"

I was under the impression that it was mainly potheads and BMXers that frequented Devonshire Green, not chavs?

Chavs would get booted off there in no time by the moshers

not so the chavs come on cause trouble drinking then leave people see the mess and hear all the swearing etc and assume its the moshers the other weekend a group of moshers were sat quietlyish when a group of lager drinking chavs ran on and kicked one of the moshers in the head for no reason then after much arguing etc left shouting and swearing
