Both instructors are long time Dave Turton students and the style is goshinkwai combat only. I think there are some other SDF clubs in Sheffield , some teach SDF alongside another style if I remember. Dave Turton also teaches a monthly SDF class approx once a month at Andy Crittendens in Doncaster. The Sheffield club meet at the Waltheof Sports Centre 7 pm but use the school entrance car park due to building work then walk up the steps. No special clothing required , its a no gi club anyway, just an old ( dont wear a favourite ) T shirt and trackie bottoms and a drink. Its £5 a class or £16 a month. Come along and try it ,you will be very welcome- look for the shortest and thats me..
