First time for everything! :P

The problem is, no-one of any note thinks he will.

"My view of the evidence is that Mr. Clinesmith likely believed that what he said about Mr. Page was true," [the Judge] Boasberg said. "By altering the email, he was saving himself some work and taking an inappropriate shortcut."

Lazy, but smoking gun it ain't. :?

Charged with failing to declare who his clients were, the charge does not relate to any information he provided being false :?

Even then, very slim pickings:

https://www.lawfareblog.com/special-counsels-weird-prosecution-michael-sussmann

The Steele dossier only relates to the Carter Page matter, which was only one relatively unimportant thread of the larger Russia investigation.

The Steel dossier, or anything in any of the cases above, aren't related to why the Special Prosecutor was appointed :?

We shall, but considering the sheer number of confessions and convictions as a result of the Special Prosecutors investigation...

...gunna be very difficult to say it wasn't justified or shouldn't have happened (IMHO).

""My view of the evidence is that Mr. Clinesmith likely believed that what he said about Mr. Page was true," [the Judge] Boasberg said. "By altering the email, he was saving himself some work and taking an inappropriate shortcut."

Lol

So the Judge sentenced  Former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith, to the sentence of 12 months probation and 400 hours community service from U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg Friday during a video hearing.

He got that sentence for "forging" an email to justify his erroneous "belief" that Page was guilty! (see below)

Lazy?  We're taking about an Obama/Biden Administration FBI  Agent, not a post office clerk!

Lol

"In April 2019, the Mueller Report concluded that the investigation did not establish that Page coordinated in Russia's interference efforts.[5][6] In December 2019, the Inspector General for the Department of Justice, Michael E. Horowitz, issued a report on his inquiry into the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) investigation of the 2016 Trump campaign and its ties to Russia. Horowitz found fault with specific aspects of the FBI's conduct, including omissions of facts and false statements to the FISA court when applying for a warrant to conduct surveillance on Page.

"In 2019, the Justice Department determined the last two of four FISA warrants to surveil Page were invalid.[7][8] In 2020, Page sued the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI and former FBI Director James Comey for $75 million for the unlawful surveillance. The lawsuit stated that the surveillance "violated federal statutes enacted to prevent unlawful spying on United States persons, as well as the Constitution".  - WIKI

That lawsuit, as well as others against Media entities is ongoing and currently before the Courts.

Report

"Biden says he warned Ukraine's President Zelensky during call to 'prepare for impact' and that Russian forces could 'SACK Kiev' - but White House denies any new action even as Fort Bragg's 82nd Airborne waits on standby"

"US Embassy in Ukraine Orders Staff and Family to Leave"

After making it clear to Zelensky, that the U.S. will not defend the Ukraine,  The Russians have already won the day.

They now have the diplomatic option of just walking into the country, and installing a friendly government.

No need for Russia  to "sack Kiev".

Biden should just shut up, and advise the Ukraine government to make the best deal they can, and avoid unnecessary bloodshed.

But old Corn Pop like to talk tough, while he turns tail.

Never under estimate Joe's ability to **** things up!  :)

...and he's paid an appropriate price for it.

It's not like he was in prison, and then pardoned... is it? :?

From the same Wiki:

When the Mueller report was released in April 2019, it described Page's testimony about his role in the 2016 Trump campaign and connections to individuals in Russia as contradictory and confusing, and his contacts with Russians before and during the campaign as tangential and eccentric. He was not charged with any crimes, though the report indicated there were unanswered questions about his actions and motives: "The investigation did not establish that Page coordinated with the Russian government in its efforts to interfere with the 2016 presidential election." However, with incomplete "evidence or testimony about who Page may have met or communicated with in Moscow", "Page's activities in Russia – as described in his emails with the [Trump campaign] – were not fully explained."

Regardless, the information relating to Carter Page is not why the Special Prosecutor was appointed :?

Cool... but since two were valid, and the above... he now he has to prove it would have resulted in a different outcome.

The Republican-controlled Committee report in August 2020, found that despite problems with the FISA warrant requests used to surveil him, the FBI was justified in its counterintelligence concerns about Page! :?

So...  good luck with that!

Anyways, I thought you were all about waiting for the outcome these days? :hihi:

Most of us agree!

The Biden Bull has decimated the China shop.

Best thing he can do is leave the scene of the crime!

Like the Afghanistan defeat, the evacuation logistics were handled incredibly well!

Lol

Joe's foreign policy is either to start a war, or turn tail.

He can see no alternative!

50 years as a bureaucrat will do that to you!

U.S. Allies around the World are not sleeping well these days.

No Russian invasions of Ukraine under Trump.

2 already under Biden.

Lol

We are all happy he's turning tail!

Imagine his only alternative, Corn Pop starting a war with Russia?

Lol

Pennsylvania Supreme court just announced Mail In Voting is unconstitutional. Democrats changed the law illegally to cheat. The decertification of Pennsylvania begins and that's without all the fraud and Zuckerbucks illegal influence.
