That is the oath that Trump took in front of millions of listeners and viewers when he was inaugurated as POTUS. Otherwise you may have to face the embarrassment of going, hat in hand and fist bumping the likes of the Saudi Prince who offed journalist Khashoggi, to beg him to release some oil, to help you win the next election. The Prince said NO to him, of course.😃 And by calling Putin a Biden calls Putin a 'murderous dictator' and 'a pure thug' and calling for Putun's Overthrow, Biden effectively eliminates his participation in any Peace Negotiations regarding Ukraine. He claims the election was stolen. That would indicate that no longer being in the White House is not the same thing as him accepting he lost.
