Joe Biden The New President Thoughts So Far?

Trump has a history of appeasement towards Putin and is credited with undermining his partners in NATO.

Trump has only ever praised Putin or failed to criticise Putin for invading Ukraine or the killing of Navalny.

Trump expressed empathy for Ukrainians and this time praised Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, calling him "brave" as he stays in Kyiv, the capital.

"The Russian attack on Ukraine is appalling. We are praying for the proud people of Ukraine. God bless them all," Trump said.

I agree that Biden has reached a stage in health terms that he should be persuaded not to run for Presidential office, he isn't capable of that kind of authority.

Trump on the other hand isn't capable of the responsibility either, for a number of reasons.

https://www.usa.gov/inauguration#:~:text=the U.S. Constitution%3A-,"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will,Constitution of the United States."

That is the oath that Trump took in front of millions of listeners and viewers when he was inaugurated as POTUS.

This is the claim he had his lawyers make on his behalf as to why he shouldn't be barred from running for president.

https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-oath-support-constitution-colorado-insurrection-1847482

And that's how lawyers get rich.  Arguing that swearing on oath that you will "protect and defend" something is not the same as supporting it .🙄

Neither of the current candidates is capable of being responsible for being in charge of the most powerful country in the world. Unfortunately, whether we like it or not America has a very significant effect on western European security so the result effects us.

He also praised Putin for invading Ukraine in the first instance and called him a genius and savvy for doing so.

It's almost as though he's a lying two faced hypocrite.

It's called carrot and stick diplomacy!  😃

It's understood. At World Leadership Summits, you don't accuse your opposite of being a murdering SOB, even if he is!

It's a non starter, and a Summit ender.

Otherwise you may have to face the embarrassment of going, hat in hand and fist bumping the likes of the Saudi Prince who offed journalist Khashoggi, to beg him to release some oil, to help you win the next election.  The Prince said NO  to him, of course.😃

And by calling Putin a Biden calls Putin a 'murderous dictator' and 'a pure thug' and calling for Putun's Overthrow, Biden effectively eliminates his participation in any Peace Negotiations regarding Ukraine.

Yes, Sleepy Joe is looking increasingly tired.  He does look as though he could drop off mid way through a sentence.

Biden: "Only the Almighty could compel me to quit."  And He might just do that!

No, he knows he lost. There's plenty of evidence to show he knows it.

Yeah, he doesn't live in the White House any more?

And he's campaigning to win it back?

Well reasoned, Sherlock!

He was talking about Putin's strategy if you look at the context.

Putin's strategy was successful., he got his prime bits of the Ukraine, and looks like he'll be keeping them.

He claims the election was stolen. That would indicate that no longer being in the White House is not the same thing as him accepting he lost.

However, transcripts from immediately after the election, and even his calls to stop counting votes, show he knew he had lost.
