Asked if he was a fan of the show Ncuti's had to go into Boris mode . So much waffle and bluff it was embarrassing . 'He's going to be Phenomenal' says the blurb - we'll have to wait and see. Yes, a big trumpet about the new Doctor Who. So we have had white doctor who’s, a woman Dr.Who and now a black Doctor Who. Can we have a Doctor Who who can ACT !
