Looking For A Distant Cousin

I'm trying to trace a Jane Thorpe, my cousin. She lived on Ripon Street with her Mother in the 60's/70's. Her parents Dorothy and Brian divorced when she was small. She went to Woodbourn Road School. Jane was an only child till her Mother re married a man called Phillip then had a Son also Phillip her half Brother. Dorothy moved to Sky Edge when the houses were pulled down, Kestrel Green. I believe Jane has Children and possibly moved to Manchester, not sure if she married. I tried contacting her half Brother via FB without success. If anyone can help or knows Jane I'd be grateful.
