Stanmash
Hi guys. So as I highlighted in earlier enquiries, I recently moved to Sheffield (2 weeks ago now). I had a metal triple bunk bed when I moved but because of the configuration of my new property, it just won’t fit and a few pieces decided to break in transit. Now I have since dismantled the whole thing but have no idea what to do with the pieces. I have all of them (pieces) and the screws, bolts, nuts and allen keys to go with them. If anyone wants it, by all means, they can come pick up for free. If not, please advise on where I can dispose of these here. Thanks in advance… NB:The mattresses don’t come with the frame. Litotes
There are a number of Household Waste Recycling Centres around the city https://www.veolia.co.uk/sheffield/HWRC Although there are also a large number of vans which prowl around the city looking for scrap metal and if you put it outside your house, I am sure it would go. Alternatively, a group like the British Heart Foundation might be interested in upcycling them.
Janus
I would suggest Sheffield freecycle. https://groups.freecycle.org/SheffieldUK

Or the council will nick you for fly-tipping. Usually bits of scrap disappear overnight.

Technically, if it is within your property boundary, it isn't fly tipping
Findlay
Take any scrap to Millthorpe Metal Merchants and they will donate any cash to the Sheffield Litter Pickers Group. https://en-gb.facebook.com/groups/SheffieldLitterPickers/permalink/1769628266546830/
spilldig
Op may not have available transport. Hacksaw it up into suitable pieces and put in the black bin.

I think you would be better selling them privately.
