Yes I think you're right, but so do normal cars (although they change the system so often it's hard to keep track)

 

Ongoing tax income is what they need to sort tho, something still paid at 10+ years of the vehicles age.

One of the problems of having the Torys in power tho, they're not really minded to get big business to pay their fair share.
