thats BS for a start, dont see much double parking or cars stopping for no reason in the middle of the road  to chat to an on coming driver, laws are much more vigorously enforced in non ethnic areas fact!! you see plenty of traffic wardens up at meadowhead, woodseats, greenhill ecclesall road etc never seen one on snig hill or gower st area or wolsey road, have a look on fridays to really get a feel for unlawful parking.

fAcT!

Restrictions wont matter there, even if you had machines giving drivers rewards to park properly there it would be a right mess.

There are many ways to avoid spital hill ellesmere gower when traveling that part of sheffield.

hard to avoid if you live in the area and to the person saying "its only middle aged cyclists and mums that complain" sorry to disappoint but im a 56 year old disabled man.

If you live in the fire don't complain you get burned.

Drivers or cyclist can either go by pitsmoor or take saville sutherland road way to never ever see spital hill.

If your walking ask yourself why you are there and either enjoy its unique qualities or arrange to move.

Traffic moves better at spital hill than at rivilin malin bridge at many times and I guess what scares people is the weird way certain cultures just dump their car on the sidewalk to go get a snack.

How much would people like adding onto their council tax bills to ensure every street in the city had full 24/7 coverage to enforce parking transgressions?

Go to exchange street and count the number of times you see a boa there giving someone a parking ticket there.

Exchange street is dead end usually completely empty and rarely has more than one or two cars on it and these drivers who leave their car in a presentable manner usually run as fast as they can to do their business in fear to get a ticket.

Then count how many times you see a boa at the real trouble spots.

Council and boa live in cloud cuckoo land and should not receive anymore money until they get some reality lessons first.

Who on earth is Boa?

Meant council enforcement officers. Had another conversation with people who call them boa.

They are too scared to face the music and will not start giving tickets in busy area with lots of foreign drivers but will do it in a quit isolated empty street where rarely anyone parks.

You really believe council tax is going to overcome this fear? I recommend to take a cold shower and wake up.

I dont blame them tbh. Would you willingfully face constant abuse and threats of physical violence in your job given the choice?
