Is that code for the color of their skin? In the U.S. that's called Critical Race Theory. Read the policy documents of the schools involved. In this instance, it has nothing to do with "color". FoxLady
I must've been well ahead of the game! Up to being about 14, I referred to my dad as "sir"! I can't remember ever wondering what his Christian name was, or if he'd even got one!

Here's an enlightening article: A Deeper Look at Critical Race Theory - Wall Street Journal https://www.wsj.com › Opinion › Politics & Ideas Jul 20, 2021 — "Critical race theory rejects the principle of equality of opportunity. Its adherents insist that equality of opportunity is a myth, not a ......" In probably the only country in the World, where a racial minority can rise up from relative poverty to become a 2 time President, Obama, the most admired woman, Michele, the richest AND most influential woman in America, Oprah. Not to mention the top level of culture, Hollywood, sports, entertainment and social celebrity. Where else but America is this possible?

A better source, the American Bar Association, rather than someone making up stuff based on what they think it means: https://www.americanbar.org/groups/crsj/publications/human_rights_magazine_home/civil-rights-reimagining-policing/a-lesson-on-critical-race-theory/ ...it's not a "movement" at all! Not that it stops folk going off at a tangent. Hmmm... Some folk will go off at anything, and soon, no mathematical function will be free from criticism. Whatever next? Are we to expect an increase in hypotenuse abuse? Will concentric circles be made to feel they no longer have anything in common? Where's it all going to end? Is this just the thin end of the wedge... ... or maybe just hyperbolae?

I trust the Wall Street Journal (not a Trump fan, they) over a gaggle of unionized ambulance chasers (ok Professional Association, if you must. Lol) Likewise Teachers Unions. We are all free to believe what we want to believe. What you believe is not my problem, Isn't freedom in a democracy great?
