Yes the Tanks were ordered and paid for, the problem was the tanks (only part of the order) weren't all delivered before the regime that wanted them was toppled. Sanctions and fears the money would be used on Nuclear development by the new government were part of the reason the money wasn't returned. By the way , did Boris lie ? Because it's about Nazanin Ratcliffe being freed. We seem to be getting short of topics to talk about on SF, with the same things reappearing at the top all the time. But it's hard to discuss anything these days without it being undercut with Politics. And after 12 years that has got to mostly mean the Tory Party.
