Johnson and Laing should be fighting it out for that left spot instead of having him up front. Nothing to say Berahino would get anymore goals but worth a go. Even Patterson was having a good spell in front of goal.

Berahino is an out & out striker & scoring goals 

constant chopping & changing of the starting 11 at this stage of the season doesn’t make sense ..it’s still in Wednesday’s hands but we don’t half make it difficult for ourselves….

If the owls want to get promoted then draws are not enough. 

 

Bloke down the pub reckons if you get draws you lose 2 points, so if you draw 10 games that's 15 points you lose

 

15 additional points puts the owls at nearly 90 points and in the top 2

Panned out pretty much as I expected, we played some lovely stuff at times but couldn't put the finishing touch on it, Berahino and Patterson must be wondering what they have to do to get a start up front, NML missed a couple of sitters today.

We looked the more likely side, always tried to force the game and looked decent in possession, wingbacks had room to work in for a change, but bolton got a grip after 25 minutes or so, by then we should have already had a goal or 2, they passed the ball around neatly enough and had a decent chance, but its getting beyond a joke conceding at yet another set piece, all be it rather unfortunate today.

Why on earth DM persists with NML over Berahino when hed just hit form is mystery to just about every Wednesday fan, NML was poor in both his last 2 games, and again today and its poor decisions like this that will cost the club a play off berth, Bolton were missing a few regulars today this was a chance we needed to take and it was our finishing and threat in the final third that cost us, it was  no coincidence that once we brought on both Patterson and Berahino and went to a more 343 that we went ahead and begun to look a danger.

Last 10 minutes I would have replaced Byers with Iorfa to shore the defence up.

Just couldn"t beleive how we threw 3 points away,Bannan should have had a hat rick,Lang missed a right sitter as well,having a midfield that can not score regulary could cost the team bad,thought with Darren Moore being a defender himself he would have tightened up our defence but we are so bad with free kicks or corners
