cuttsie
Most years horses are shot after breaking legs in the Grand National , Jockeys are not . Is it a sporting event , Are the jockeys or the horses the sporting heroes . Does that whip hurt the Animals . Should it be banned .
PRESLEY
How would a human being know horses like racing and the whip shouldn't/wouldn't hurt, and heroes in my book risk their lives saving lives and are not over paid footballers and jockeys ect.

ab6262
get your facts straight how many horses have been put down in the last 10 years?? and since 2000 only 13. Since the year 2000, there have been 13 Grand National deaths. But in general, deaths in horse racing are still fairly rare. On average, one horse dies for every 250 races run. these horses are born to race its in their blood, you try getting a horse to do something it doesnt want to do? almost impossible. That’s because it’s used to running along with the other horses it’s not doing it because it’s having a laugh and a good time 🙄

A horse will obviously carry on because thats all it knows through day in day out training and running with pack and all that, what do you expect it to do, leave at the nearest exit, get a drink of water and towel its self down.
