I can look back fondly to recall my contributions to the Welfare State. Just hope it went to the truly needy! DR has a two tiered system, free, and pay. The paying part is surprisingly cheap, and dental work is also cheap. Actually, I'm still at it. A few of us down there are helping kids with school fees, supplies, uniforms, sports equipment and stuff. I have no trouble sleeping at night!
