It was an idiot trying to make a fast buck by asking people to pay a ridiculous rate to stay in a windowless, bathroomless room with 3 other people. Why is it even being brought up? Very odd. How are the other container parks in the UK doing? You know, the things the Sheffield fiasco can actually be compared against properly? There was no cost to local Council Tax payers. The money came from a government grant. So the money came from all taxpayers, not just the local ones.
