I think there maybe some confusion. The S1 post code refers to property that Pond Gate Ltd has loans secured on.

But 'Pond Gate Ltd' have not specified where this speculative development is planned, financed from companies with zero bank balances, and I was under the impression the properties around there were SHU properties, or is 'Pond Gate' one of their shells? Looking murky to me.

Avg diesel price is about £1.79/L. 

 

Remove the vat (because business expenses) 1.50/L

 

Just short of 6700L of diesel being used.
