It is a pure speculative application that will fail as soon as it is examined.
Resident
I think there maybe some confusion. The S1 post code refers to property that Pond Gate Ltd has loans secured on. Not the proposed location for the next container installation

Not the proposed location for the next container installation But 'Pond Gate Ltd' have not specified where this speculative development is planned, financed from companies with zero bank balances, and I was under the impression the properties around there were SHU properties, or is 'Pond Gate' one of their shells? Looking murky to me.

"The shipping containers we placed at the top of Howard Street. As from this morning can be found at the bottom of Howard Street. Nobody told us about gradients or explained in full to us what gravity is."
Resident
Revealed today. The genny that powering the containers is costing £10,000/month Avg diesel price is about £1.79/L. Remove the vat (because business expenses) 1.50/L Just short of 6700L of diesel being used. Clean Air Zone anyone?

It isn't funny - never has been. As for getting a councillor or anyone above tea-person level to make an official comment - do you believe in fairies?
