Smoking Cannabis In Public

As well as it being illegal, if you are a tenant of a council or housing association property, you may find you are in breach of your agreement/contract if you (or you permit others to) cause offence to neighbours by the use of or association with illegal substances whilst on council or housing association property.  This may ultimately result in eviction.

It’s the smell of reggae, festivals, afternoons on the Xbox, band practices, picnics in the park, evening walks, house parties, Paul McCartney’s tank top...

You can make stuff up as you go along if you wish.  My scenario, although revealing no personal details was actually recent fact.

 

You may be able to smell it in all the above venues and scenarios, but it is still illegal.  It's also extremely offensive when used in close proximity to a neighbour's dwelling.

 

50 years of the 'war on drugs' has achieved a great deal.  It has taken away £millions and locked away national and international criminal gangs, it keeps doing so.  I have heard every excuse under the sun from the so-called 'disenfranchised';  it's still illegal.

Some people don’t believe the smell of weed can can get into a neighbouring house.  It can, it gets in through the wall cavities  - and it lingers and simple things like opening windows or spraying air freshener won’t make much or any difference in many cases.  
 

Skunk stinks like 🐕 💩.  A whole fetid alleyway of rotting, stinking 🐕 💩 with an essence of overflowing bins of rotting vegetables mixed in.

Now if someone likes that smell and all it’s associations well that’s great for you but don’t be selfish and expect other people to like that stink in their own home. I don’t care what other people do in their own homes to enjoy themselves but a line is crossed if it’s affecting other people’s right to enjoy being in their own home.

If someone blows smoke in my face then I should be allowed to fart in theirs 

 

They are both noxious gases that have been inside a human body

 

Or if they think it's ok to make my clothes smell of fags then I should be able to pee all over them

A gang of kids were having a smoke in our bus shelter .

I said "whats that " they said its skunt".  I said , "gi mi a drag " they did and I took a big Big swolla , "when I had finished up choking and falling all or they were pissssing them sens , laughing .
