Jim117
Gorbachev was a great man who offered hope to the world and Russia. Yeah it might not have gone according to plan but the guy deserves a damn sight more respect than he has received. Certainly a lot more than the current muppet occupying the Kremlin. RIP. But the truth is Ronald Reagan was mocked and if it wasn't for the late great Margaret Thatcher who helped Ronald Reagan out the INF treaty wouldn't have happened. Resident
When you look at the list of promient and powerful Russians that have died since the start of the conflict, all of which were outspoken against the Ukraine conflict as was Mr Gorbachev, it makes you wonder if there wasn't more to his death than the reported ill health. Vladislav Avayev: Former vice president, Gazprom Ravil Maganov: Former vice president, LUKOIL Vasily Melnikov: Executive, Medstom Sergei Protosenya: Former manager, Novatek Aleksander Subbotin: Former executive, LUKOIL Alexander Tyulyakov: Deputy general director, Gazprom Mikhail Watford: Oil and gas magnate Each death above has been reported by Russian media as either Murder/Suicide (with their partners) or suicide
