It’s not - those countries shouldn’t have declared it so and negotiation is needed asap.

Really?

A country whose military deliberately targets civilian infrastructure and dwellings with artillery shelling, cruise missiles and other bombardments, besides long and fully-documented campaigns of ethnic cleansing, looting, raping and pillaging, is “not engaging in acts of terror”, according to you?

So, which are you: another Moscow Mick, or a genuine peacestafarian?

It’s war. We and others have done the same. Semantics.

I’ll ignore your last daft question.

I was questioning the general concept.

Remember the IRA ?

I do. What about it?

Or did you mean Sinn Féinn?

The general concept, as implemented by the UK (amongst others, incl. the US), is “no negotiation with terrorists”. That’s government policy and has been for a long time, it’s pointless taking issue about it with me.

It’s a war between Ukraine and Russia.

How about you let them decide if they’ve had enough?
