I don’t see how it can do anything other than fail.

 

It would take a couple of years to do anything for most people, even if the trickle down actually trickled down, rather than offshore.

 

Meantime, they have handed Labour yet more ammunition, as if the leadership contest wasn’t gold dust enough.
