Purely for comical effect 👍

There are plenty of other comical politicians, for future reference. Try Kwasi Kwarteng, he’s hilarious.

Ah but he's a Tory with a nice accent. Jack Grey wouldn't feel comfortable challenging him. Even if Kwarteng was laughing his head off at the Queen's funeral.

Lots of things happened today and I’ve yet to see or  hear one comment from Starmer or Rayner  :suspect:

I didn't know you followed the Labour party?

Rachel Reeves is Labours chancellor, she has been speaking in the media. No need for Labour to criticize this budget though, there are enough Tory MPs doing that.

What’s your other mucker Jack up to? We want to know what a Libertarian is.

A Libertarian is an extreme form of far right Conservative otherwise known as a Neoliberal. (New Libertarian)

They believe in taking all the brakes and restraints off the markets and allowing it to become a free for all. Survival of the fittest. (Free Market Economics.

A few winners will rise to the top, the losers will fall by the wayside. Eventually one or two will take all, having eliminated the competition. Then they are free to charge what they like and screw everybody. They will become mega rich as everyone else slides into poverty.

We are not going to be amongst the winners. We have sold off our utilities and everything else. We manufacture very  little ( except armaments) that can't be produced better and cheaper in places like China. We have failed to invest in new technology,  tooling up and infrastructure. Have failed to train up workers. We have a high cost of living and a lot of relative poverty, a group that is growing exponentially.

The only thing we have got is a reputation as a tax haven. We have now put all our eggs in one basket by becoming an even better, more lucrative tax haven, in the hope that some of it might trickle down. It won't. It hasn't in the past, so why would it now?

Meanwhile it's at the expense of those at the bottom of the pile who will get ever poorer. That's going to be the only area of growth in Tory Britain.

The pitchforks are coming...

Libertarian is not far right at all

A Libertarian promotes civil liberties, non-interventionism, laissez-faire capitalism, and limiting the size and scope of government.

Its classical Liberal 👍
