Ay, there's no denying that. I must say I'm not too impressed with how they seem to be using their resources but as I think somone mentioned earlier they can't exactly let these people drown.

They don't really have a choice.

We have a long coastline, they  are rescuing immigrants in just a small part of it.

The migrants are a diversion so they can bring in the people, drugs and guns in other smaller ports without detection
