Forecast for next week is cool, but not cold, and fairly breezy from Tuesday. Once it moves into being properly wintery the markets will settle down? There was a frost last night, the first one this winter, for me.

More wind as the week progresses. Energy prices falling dramatically again... Yet our bills are going up again in January. We had a small reduction early in the year.. How come this "Price cap" is only applied when prices are high?

Current pricing won't be reflected until the next announcement. The Jan one was announced the other week. Wholesale prices are still high compared to the last 10 months. rogets
Someone I know has a very good way of avoiding the cost of living crisis and avoiding high heating costs. He goes to the Seychelles for 3 months in a 5 star hotel, I think it only costs around £7,000 per week. By doing this he doesn't have to worry about the cost of heating his home

I told them I moved out and they said I had to provide proof that I've sold my property I'm pretty sure that if I looked into it that it's illegal to charge me for not using the service
HeHasRisen
You are still connected to the grid. Therefore service charges apply. The easy way to avoid them is to disconnect from the grid. I suspect this will not be cost effective.
